Ritmo is an interval-walking app. If you sign in with your Google account and enable Cloud Sync, your walk data is stored in the cloud. This page explains how to delete your account and the associated data, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
If you still have Ritmo installed and are signed in:
- Open Settings in the app.
- Choose Delete cloud data.
- Confirm. Your cloud-stored data is removed immediately.
Walk data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer to request it directly, email us and we will delete your account and associated cloud data:
Send a request to:
Please send it from the Google account you used to sign in (or tell us that email address) so we can find and remove your data.
